Apple Oatmeal Pancakes

As I am reviewing Karine Losier’s Metabolic Cookbook, I thought that I would share one of her recipes that you could make for your family in the morning and would sure to be a winner.

Her Apple Oatmeal Pancakes are quick to make and contains zero fat, thats right no fat… enjoy!

Ingredients

This recipe makes 4 to 6 pancakes.

  1. 6 Egg Whites
  2. Half a cup of dry oatmeal
  3. 1 Tablespoon of unsweetened apple sauce
  4. Pinch of cinnamon
  5. Pinch of stevia ( I can do without, not a fan of artificial sweeteners)
  6. 1 Finely sliced apple
  7. 1/4 Teaspoon baking soda
  8. Cooking spray

Directions

Mix all above ingredients in a blender except the apple. Heat frying pan to hot then reduce it to medium heat. Spray your cooking spray and drop a spoonful of pancake mix onto the pan.

Once bubbles start to form evenly add some apples to it. Let them set before flipping.

Per Serving

Protein: 28 grams
Carbohydrates: 32 grams
Fat: 0 grams

metabolic cooking reviewHi and welcome to my review blog about Karine Losier’s Metabolic Cooking which consists of foods that aim to boost your metabolism. After running a search on Google for reviews, I could not believe the amount of reviews that have been published over the past few weeks.

I noticed that many bloggers like to write up reviews in order to get a quick commission from recommending the product. I wanted to have a look at this fat burning cooking guide myself to see what its about, if the content is any good and if indeed it will definitely help you good healthier in order to lose weight.

After all that is everyone’s goal, to lose weight and keep it off!

You can read my about page to learn more about me. So what I normally do with my reviews, is that I actually do purchase the program myself and go through all the sections. Whats the point of writing a review if you do not know what you actually getting.
